Terms and Conditions — 1xbetapk Pakistan Platform Rules & User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and 1xbetapk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the 1xbetapk website, mobile browser interface, and any services provided through it — including but not limited to sports betting, online casino games, Ludo, Aviator, virtual sports and all related features.

By accessing any part of the 1xbetapk platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they have read and agreed to them.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 1xbetapk.

To register an account with 1xbetapk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 1xbetapk strictly prohibits access by minors and will close any account found to belong to a user under 18, forfeiting any balance held.
• You must be a real, living individual registering in your own name for personal use. Corporate accounts, automated registrations, and accounts opened on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from 1xbetapk or be subject to any active account restriction or ban.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration — including your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and a phone number you genuinely own.

One Account Rule: Each user is permitted exactly one registered account on 1xbetapk. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers or email addresses — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals. If you have accidentally opened a duplicate account, contact our support team immediately.

Account Verification: 1xbetapk reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may require a copy of a valid CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and other documentation at our discretion. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for keeping your 1xbetapk account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and secure. You must not share these credentials with any other person for any reason.

Any activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify 1xbetapk customer support immediately via live chat or email.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other websites or services.
• Never share your login details with friends, family members, or any third-party service.
• Always log out when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered — this is strongly recommended.

1xbetapk will never ask for your password via email, phone call or chat. Any communication claiming to be from us requesting your password is fraudulent — please report it immediately.

All financial transactions on 1xbetapk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Rules: Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. 1xbetapk does not accept third-party deposits. Depositing from accounts belonging to other people — even family members — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.

Withdrawal Rules: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. 1xbetapk reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending completion of verification checks. Any bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal request before the requirement is met.

No Fees: 1xbetapk does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your bank or mobile wallet provider for details.

1xbetapk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. In case of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence over these general terms.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as detailed in the current promotion. The welcome bonus is available once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses at 1xbetapk are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 125,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless a different timeframe is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Casino slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, Ludo, and certain other games may contribute at a reduced rate — check individual bonus terms for specifics.
• Bonus abuse — including placing low-risk bets designed solely to complete wagering requirements, such as betting on both sides of the same outcome — is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture.
• 1xbetapk reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe a player is exploiting our promotional offers.

All sports bets placed at 1xbetapk are subject to the following general rules. Additional sport-specific rules apply and are displayed within the relevant betting markets.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by 1xbetapk's system. A confirmation screen and/or bet slip reference number indicates acceptance. Bets placed during technical errors or platform outages may be voided at our discretion.

Bet Settlement: All bets are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport. 1xbetapk uses official scorelines and match results from recognised authorities (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, ATP/WTA for tennis, etc.). We do not use media reports or unofficial sources for settlement purposes.

Abandoned or Shortened Matches:

• Cricket: If fewer than 50% of scheduled overs are completed in a limited-overs match due to weather or other circumstances and no official result is declared, match bets will be voided and stakes returned. The relevant cricket board's ruling on a result takes precedence.
• Football: If a match is abandoned after kick-off, bets will be settled on the score at the time of abandonment unless the match is replayed or a result is awarded by the governing body within 48 hours.
• Other sports: Sport-specific abandonment rules are displayed within the relevant market pages at 1xbetapk.

Obvious Errors: 1xbetapk reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error — for example, a 100x favourite listed at odds of 50.00 due to a system error. We will use best efforts to correct obvious pricing errors as quickly as possible and will notify affected users.

Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-bet winnings at 1xbetapk are capped at Rs 5,000,000 per bet settlement, unless a specific higher limit is stated for a particular market. Accumulator bets have separate maximum payout limits as displayed on the bet slip.

All casino games, Aviator rounds, Ludo matches and virtual sports events at 1xbetapk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or provably fair cryptographic algorithms. Game outcomes cannot be influenced or predicted by 1xbetapk, its staff, the game developers, or any player.

Aviator-Specific Rules: The Aviator crash game at 1xbetapk is provided by Spribe and uses a provably fair algorithm. The crash point for every round is generated before bets are placed and can be verified by any player using the published round hash. Manual or auto-cashout of any bet must occur before the crash — any bet not cashed out before the crash is a lost bet, with no exceptions.

Ludo-Specific Rules: Ludo game outcomes at 1xbetapk use certified fair dice rolls. In the event of a disconnection during a Ludo match, the platform will attempt to reconnect within 60 seconds. If reconnection fails and the game cannot be completed, the pot will be refunded to all participating players in equal shares. If a game was already determined to be won at the point of disconnection, the winner's prize will be credited normally.

Casino Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game or virtual sports event at 1xbetapk, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. This applies regardless of the displayed outcome at the time of the malfunction. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period are not payable.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1xbetapk and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances in serious cases:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating or benefiting from more than one account on the platform.
• False Registration Information: Providing fake names, dates of birth, contact details or identity documents during registration or verification.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting, hedging across markets, using multiple accounts, or any other method intended to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds.
• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using 1xbetapk to launder funds, process transactions for third parties, or conduct any fraudulent financial activity.
• Match Fixing or Insider Betting: Placing bets based on inside knowledge, participating in or facilitating the fixing of any sporting event. Any suspicion of match-related fraud will be referred to relevant sporting authorities.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without human involvement.
• Platform Exploitation: Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or loopholes in the 1xbetapk platform for financial gain.

1xbetapk monitors all account activity and reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, suspend accounts and conduct investigations before releasing funds in any case where prohibited conduct is suspected. Players under investigation will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarification before a final decision is made.

Nothing in these Terms limits 1xbetapk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

1xbetapk reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

For significant changes that materially affect user rights, 1xbetapk will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email and/or on-platform notification to registered users. Continued use of the platform after any updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

If you disagree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using the 1xbetapk platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact our customer support team. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.
